Payment Options

Autolastic.com accepts Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express.  We also accept cashier checks, money orders, and personal checks.  NOTE:  When sending a personal check, no items will be sent until your check has cleared the bank.  Clearing time varies from 7 to 15 days.

Sales Tax and Shipping charges

Sales Tax (where applicable) and Shipping charges will be added to your order according to where you live.   Shipping will be via USPS, UPS, and/or Federal Express with charges accordingly.  All in stock orders recieved before 9:00 am Eastern time will be shipped the same day.  Transit times vary depending upon where you live and what warehouse the order is shipped from.

2 Day Air and Next Day Air Services

2 Day Air delivers in-stock parts ordered by 9:00 am Eastern within two working days in most areas of  the contiguous 48 states.  2 Day Air is $20 for orders up to 20 pounds and $20 for each additional 20 pounds.

Next Day Air guarantees an in-stock part ordered by 9:00 am Eastern will be delivered the following business day in most areas of the contiguous 48 states.  This service is $30.00 for orders up to 20 pounds, and $30.00 for every additional 20 pounds.

Orders placed on Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays will be shipped on the following business day.  If you live outside the continental US, standard rates apply.

Oversize Parts and Hazardous Materials Fees

Oversized parts, odd-sized parts, and parts that require special handling will have additional shipping charges imposed by the ground service carrier.  These charges are generally between $7.50 and $20.00.  Oversize and special handling parts are noted as such on the Autolastic.com catalog.

There is an additional $25.00 charge for shipping hazardous materials.  These items are also noted on the Autolastic.com website.

Overseas Shipping

Overseas orders must be paid by a credit card.  Shipping costs outside the contiguous 48 states cannot be determined until your package actually ships.  There is a $24.95 handling charge added to each overeseas order.  Please order all parts at the same time to minimize your costs.

Overseas orders are shipped by surface mail unless you select another option.

Your order acknowledgement will not include shipping costs.  When you receive your credit card statement you will see the initial charge for the parts and handling and another charge for the actual shipping.

All items entering a foreign country are subject to customs inspection and the assessment of duties and taxes in accordance with that country's national laws.  These charges are normally due at the time of delivery and are separate from the actual shipping charges processed by Autolastic.com.

Exchanges

Making an exchange is easy.  Just write out all pertinent information (invoice number, customer number, and any part numbers involved) clearly on a sheet of paper.

Put the sheet of paper with all the pertinent information on it in the original box with the new or unused part(s) to be exchanged and attach a shipping label with Autolastic.com's shipping information on it to the outside of the box.  If you have any questions, just e-mail customerservice@autolastic.com for help.

We generally process exchanges within one to two days of their arrival.  Any difference in price will be billed or refunded to the original form of payment.

Returns

If you're not satisfied with our productrs or our service, we'll gladly refund your money.  Just return any new or unused part within 30 days of the shipping date and we'll refund the purchase price.  Shipping charges are not refundable.

Autolastic.com cannot accept returns of custom-ordered parts.  Videos, software, and copyrighted materials cannot be returned for refund once they have been opened.

All returns are subject to inspection.  Any part that, in our opinion, shows evidence of being used or installed countrary to manufacturer's instructions and/or subjected to improper handling, packaging, or shipping by the customer will not be eligible for exchange, refund or warranty consideration.  We reserve the right to charge a restocking fee or refuse any exception.

Autolastic.com is not responsible for products damaged during shipping once they leave our warehouse.  Claims for merchandise damaged during shipping must be made by you directly to the delivery carrier.

Limited Warranty

Autolastic.com warrants to the original purchaser that our products will be free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of 30 days from the date of purchase.

Any product that, in our opinion, shows evidence of being used or installed contrary to the instructions and/or subjected to improper handling, packaging, or shipping by the customer will not be eligible for warranty consideration.

Autolastic.com's liability for losses or damages, arising out of any cause whatsoever, is limited to full refund of the pruchase price or, at our option, repair or replacement of the product(s).  Autolastic.com shall not be liable for any consequential or incidental damages.  Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you.
